We are excited to announce that the stunning new site for Nicola Scannell is now up and running! Designing and project managing high-end homes, Nicola Scannell needed a website that showcased their impressive portfolio and represented the quality of their service. They also wanted to emphasise their expertise in sourcing bespoke upmarket properties for investment and overseas buyers, which was not featured at all on their previous website.

From the old branding to the newly redesigned logo:

Nicola Scannell were aiming to appeal to clients looking for luxury and elegance. The logo redesign took this into account, evoking a stylish and smooth feel with a unique monogram paired with a delicate serif font. This classic font embodies sophistication whilst the monogram's script font expresses a sense of design flair. The logo was designed to be versatile in a range of locations; you can see the full logo above, however the monogram symbol still looks effective as a separate entity. With their services having expanded comprehensively, the Design from Nicola Scannell Design was dropped, signalling they are no longer limited to the design side, but now offer extensive property location and project management services. Clients now buy into the brand that is Nicola Scannell, simple and succinct.

With a huge selection of stunning photos depicting their range of luxurious and impressive projects, the new website was designed with a clean, open feel in mind, easy to navigate and utilising white space for a high-end magazine aesthetic. The same dusky purples were used from their previous colour scheme to keep a hint of continuity, however the site now comes across as airy and delicate, in contrast to the previously cramped and overcrowded website feel.

Each award-winning home renovation, extension and design project by Nicola Scannell is now beautifully presented on the portfolio page , with details and testimonials from the client giving Nicola Scannell the edge over competitors. Their awards and press features are easily accessible on the about page , and reviews are scattered around the site to ensure anyone having a browse recognises the incredible work Nicola Scannell have accomplished. The site works seamlessly on all platforms, including laptop, tablet and mobile, and is of course optimised to rank on Google.
