New Year, New Strategy: Meet Our Head of Client Success

Our Digital Marketing Consultant, Liz Fraser, receives an exciting new job title to mark Digity’s continued growth.


Liz has been with Digity for 3 years now, working closely with a number of different clients over that time. Through an analysis of a wide variety of data and statistics, she focuses on improving the effectiveness of their campaigns, websites, and social media. With a degree in Maths and Statistics from Cambridge, she has in the past undertaken high-profile strategic projects across a variety of world brands: Pepsico, Vodafone, Nissan & Disneyland Paris, as well as consultancy work in both glamorous Paris and - even better, we think - Wokingham. 
 
As part of Digity’s vision for the future, Liz has agreed to take on a new role which will focus even more closely on ensuring that we deliver success for our clients, and which reflects our bright outlook for the future. We have grown greatly as a company in recent years, both with our clientele and with our team, which provides the exciting opportunity to reassess our processes to maximise the strengths of our fantastic, comprehensively-skilled team. Liz has an unrivalled logical mind and eye for analytics and insights, so as part of our continued commitment to our clients, she will now be our ‘Head of Client Success’ to ensure that every step of our service is monitored.
 
With one dedicated individual taking ownership of the success of our clients, we can augment the effectiveness of everything we output - marketing campaigns, emails, web pages, CTA buttons, SEO, and much more. With so much data available these days in the online space, we can track traffic, clicks, visitors; where they are from, where they visited first, where they went next, and more. With such information, we can constantly assess our services to ensure that they are working as effectively as possible to deliver the results our clients desire. Ultimately, we want absolutely everything we are doing to be helping our client to reach their goals - and Liz’s role is to be that internal voice to challenge us a team to always hit our goals in order to do just that: to make the client think big, feel great, and stand out
 
 Now, Liz has the time to invest solely in our clients. Whether it is introducing more automated/integrated software and tools with her talent for staying on beat with technological trends, or processing the data from our over 100 clients to tells us where they are, what is working, where we can get them, and how we get them there, Liz is perfectly suited for this new role. 
 
The more specific we can be, the more specific the goals we can help our clients achieve - which is why we are so thrilled to have Liz operating in this position.
