7 Tips for Fundraising Initiatives - Maximise The Moment
Looking like an absolute Wally is optional...but encouraged 😁
Today I was very proud to be asked to speak to some local students about how to maximise their fundraising efforts as part of a project they are involved with. There were two sessions with groups from Windsor College and Strode's College, who have all embarked on exciting journeys to show support to other causes.
My top 7 tips are;
- Think BIG (always!)
- Work to a plan (even if it's just you - and if it is, look out for my bonus tip near the end)
- Share the goal and why it's important
- Enjoy it and take others on your journey
- Compete against the noise
- Work as a team
- Go the extra mile (not literally but if you're doing a run, why not 😆)
